  • It’s expensive, so it may not fit in with a budget available to you or your family/classroom setting.
  • It’s also a distraction from learning if you are trying to learn something new and fun at the same time which is why I don’t recommend that teachers use technology as their sole method of teaching. Instead, I recommend using it as an extra tool along side other methods like hands-on activities, etc., which helps reinforce what kids already know while also teaching them new things along the way!

As you can see, technology is not a replacement for early childhood education. It should be used to enhance the learning experience, not replace it. Technology provides students with opportunities that they wouldn’t have otherwise had access to, but this doesn’t mean that we should stop using textbooks and pencils entirely!

We need both types of tools in order to create effective programs that will meet the needs of every child.
